Sorry for the long time between the updates. I have not been at home since I have been at my grandparents house, however, I have begun working on the game again. I have also done some more meetings with the studio, and they have been dealt their tasks, and have started to work.
I have been chugging away on the card dealing system. I have combined together the tech, card, and dealing frameworks to make this all possible. When you research something now the cards are added to the dealer, and shuffled/filtered into the deck. Then the dealer randomly picks cards for you. Depending on the amount we chose in the editor we can custom update in real time how many action cards, and how many event cards we want. The cards are then dealt, and all of the appropriate information is then stitched onto the generic card prefab from the card scriptable object.
This has taken a long time, and it isn't even working properly. I still have bugs out the wazo. But I have a team of semi active developers and artists who I am going to be sharing the load with so that should help. Also I am going to be working on this some more tomorrow, and will have it hopefully built by then.
